Zaid Alqhaiwi

Dr. Zaid Alqhaiwi is a Lecturer in Management and Leadership in the School of Management at RMIT University. His research interests include leadership, behavioural ethics and mindfulness. Prior to joining RMIT University, Dr. Alqhaiwi worked as an academic at Monash University and Swinburne University of Technology, teaching management and leadership units at both postgraduate and undergraduate levels. He earned his PhD in Leadership from Swinburne University of Technology in Australia and completed a research-based MBA degree at Eastern Mediterranean University in North Cyprus. Indeed, Dr. Alqhaiwi's prior experience in the industry motivated him to pursue his MBA and PhD, driving him to develop research questions that critically assess the organisational literature.
