Yasmil Montes is the associate director of graduate experiential learning, senior co-op coordinator at the Khoury College of Computer Sciences at Northeastern University. Prior to joining Northeastern, Montes has worked as an advisor to help individuals set and achieve their personal and career goals both on and off a college campus since 2003. At Northeastern, Montes’ role includes educating and preparing students to be successful when participating in co-op positions for Khoury College. Working closely with employers, Montes helps develop jobs that fit with a student’s interests and abilities.
