Rezaul A. Chowdhury is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Stony Brook University. He leads the Theoretical and Experimental Algorithmics (TEA) Group, focusing on algorithm design and engineering. His research interests include algorithms for massive datasets, multicore computing, graph algorithms, computational biology, and experimental algorithmics. He has a joint appointment with the Institute for Advanced Computational Science (IACS).
