I am Professor of Algorithms and Complexity at the School of Computing Science, University of Glasgow. I joined the academic staff as a lecturer in October 2000, moving to senior lecturer in August 2009 and then to professor in August 2018. I held a Royal Society of Edinburgh / Scottish Government Personal Research Fellowship from October 2003 to September 2006.
