I am in lecturer in Human Resource Management. I obtained my PHD in 2018 for the thesis titled 'Managing workforce diversity - Framing justice and fairness in Australian organisations' with a perfect score from all examiners. My research interests include diversity and inclusion in organisations, gender based violence, employee wellbeing, and training and organisational capability development evaluation for sustainable outcomes underpinned by my passion to empower vulnerable communities including women, migrant women and CALD communities. Prior to joining academia, I worked as a senior HR professional in two MNEs - in aviation and in manufacturing. I also lead community projects to empower migrant women and CALD communities through community consultations and workshops. Expand for full bio
