Dr Mingjun Yang is a Senior Lecturer in Management & Leadership and the Major Coordinator for Management & Change major (Bachelor of Business) at School of Management, RMIT University. Her teaching and research interests include leadership, organisational behaviour, AI in management, group diversity, and innovation. She has a particular interest in multilevel linear and curvilinear modelling within the field of management. Mingjun has published widely in top-tier journals recognised by the Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC). Her work has appeared in Journal of Service Research (ABDC A*), Journal of Business Ethics (ABDC A), International Journal of Hospitality Management (ABDC A*), Journal of Sustainable Tourism (ABDC A*), Journal of Business Research (ABDC A), Applied Psychology (AB
