Itsik Pe'er is a Professor of Computer Science & Systems Biology at Columbia University, where he leads the Pe'er Lab. His research focuses on developing computational methods, including probabilistic models and machine learning, to analyze high-throughput biological data, particularly in microbiome dynamics, cancer evolution, and single-cell systems.
