Huazhen Fang

简介

I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Michigan State University. Prior to joining MSU in 2025, I was with the University of Kansas, as an Assistant Professor from 2014 through 2020 and then as an Associate Professor. I received my Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering in 2014 from the Department of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering, University of California, San Diego, with specialization in Dynamic Systems and Control. I received my M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, Canada in 2009. Before that, I did my undergraduate studies at Northwestern Polytechnic University, Xi’an, China, and graduated with B.Eng. in Computer Science & Technology in 2006. I was a Visiting Faculty Fellow at Mitsubishi Electric Research Labo
