Dr Hannah Meacham is a senior lecturer in the School of Management at RMIT University. Hannah’s research focus is based within the human resources management domain and focuses on diversity, inclusion and employee wellbeing. Hannah has completed extensive research in the healthcare sector, including the effects of violence on the mental health of aged care workers; the use of anti-violence HRM in healthcare; the resilience of front-line nurses; and the role of job stress on nurses and paramedics. Hannah has also led several research projects in the support required for workers with intellectual disabilities in the workplace.
