Elaine is a Pittsburgh native who joined ECE in 1996 as the Store Room Supervisor and was promoted by IT Services as a Systems Administrator in 2006. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, working on home projects, bonfires in the back yard with family, friends, and of course, dogs.
