Donald Jon Boulia

Don currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Charity Navigator. Prior to this role, Don was an executive in the cloud business at IBM where he focused on software engineering, product management, and strategy. Don has over 25 years of experience developing and delivering software in both large enterprises and early-stage startups. He specializes in cloud platforms, mobile and web user interfaces, middleware, and full-stack deployment. Don holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
