Aaditya Rangan is an Associate Professor of Mathematics at NYU Courant. His research focuses on understanding dynamics in neuronal networks, particularly in the insect olfactory system and mammalian primary visual cortex. He also develops tools for detecting structure in large datasets, such as finding biclusters in gene-expression and SNP data.
